How do I start working with Elite?
All you need to do is arrange a call, or zoom meeting, so that we can get to know each other and discover if our values match. If you decide to work with us we will quickly set up your account so you can start straight away.
Do I have to pay any joining fees?
No! You’ll never have to pay any joining fees. As soon as you join us you’ll have access to our online booking system, office support, our training on demand, and our instructor facebook and WhatsApp groups, plus much more. You can also book a call with our business team so they can advise you on how to maximise your income working as an instructor, and how to create your desired work life balance.
Do I have to put graphics on my car?
Only if you choose to. We won’t ask you to put any graphics on your car, except using our branded roof box. We do have free door magnets available, so you’re more than welcome to order them if you’d like.
Am I tied to a long term franchise?
Not at all. We don’t like the word franchise, we like to think of ourselves as a partnership. Like a match so to speak, where you look after the students needs and we look after yours. Therefore you only sign a contract on a 4 week rolling basis. You can give just 4 weeks notice and you’re free to leave at anytime if we don’t exceed your expectations.
Can I teach my own pupils?
Of course! You’ll be able to fit everything around your current pupils. We don’t charge by the lesson, and we don’t make money from lesson bookings made to you directly or through the office.
Will I have to work when you need me, or work over a large area?
Nope. We’ve been managing instructors schedules for over 34 years, and we’ve got it down to a fine art. Basically you choose the days and times you want to work. You also tell us the radius where you want each new booking, therefore your travel time between lessons is reduced to the bare minimum. By doing this you can maximise your income, and create more you time.
What hourly rate will I be paid?
The hourly rate for Elite instructors varies depending on factors like transmission type, and location. The rate for block bookings and Intensive courses will also vary depending on which option the customers buys.
Do I have to do intensive courses?
Nope. We will only offer them to you if you tell us you want to take them. If you’re interested, you can choose if you want to take intensive courses, or the more relaxed style semi-intensives.
